BELIZE CITY, Tues. Oct. 15, 2019– Yesterday, Weekend Ryders, in conjunction with M&M Engineering, held its 1st of what will be an annual event of the (October) HOLIDAY CLASSIC on the Jaguar Paw Road, just off the George Price Highway. A-riders went for 5 laps of the 10-mile circuit, 50 miles; B-riders went for 4 laps of the 10-mile circuit, 40 miles; and C-riders went for 3 laps of the 10-mile circuit, 30 miles.

“A” finishing order (18 started and 12 completed the race) was: 1st Place – Barney Brown (Digicell 4G, 2:37:23); 2nd Dwayne Wade (Bze Boyz, st); 3rd Vallan Symns (Kulture, st); 4th Warren Coye (Santino’s, st); 5th Preston Martinez (M&M Engineering, st); 6th Steven Robinson (Valvoline, st); 7th Alvan Gillett (Kulture, 2:38:10); 8th Rutherford Cunningham (Digicell 4G, st); 9th Derrick Smith (BFSC, 2:41:53); 10th Sherman Thomas (Santino’s, st); 11th Mike Lewis (unattached, 2:43:10); and 12th Windell Williams (M&M Engineering, st).

“B” finishing order (all 15 starters completed the ride) was: 1st Place – Roque Matus (M&M Engineering, 2:04:59); 2nd Santino Castillo (Santino’s, st); 3rd Marvin Hyde (unattached, st); 4th Nicole Gallego (Digicell 4G, st); 5th Roydell Reneau (unattached, st); 6th Isaiah Willacey (unattached, st); 7th Alvin Card (Furnished Apartments, st); 8th Gilberto Acosta (Santino’s, st); 9th Mike Wagner (M&M Engineering, st); 10th Kenny Gooding (Santino’s, st); 11th Dean Boyce (FT Williams, st); 12th Mark Dueck (BigBlade, st); 13th Nigel Matus (M&M Engineering, st); 14th Ryan Willoughby (M&M Engineering, 2:05:50); and 15th Matthew Castellanos (BigBlade, 2:14:20).

“C” finishing order (6 of 8 starters completed the journey) was: 1st Place – Irfaan Nu’Man (Digicell 4G); 2nd Calvert Stain (Digicell 4G); 3rd Herwald Humes (Digicell 4G); 4th Manuel Esquiliano (Truckers); 5th Jerome Wade (M&M Engineering); and 6th Derrick Bonnell (Haulover Punishers).

NEXT EVENT:  The next event will be Race #5 on the Altun Ha circuit this coming Sunday!
