General17-year-old student gang-raped by boyfriend?s 3 friends

The girl, while in the company of her parents, who had been notified by one of her teachers about the incident, visited the police station and reported that that morning, she met two friends, namely, Kenroy Cain and Dennis McKoy.

She said that Cain took her to a house in Belama, where she had consensual sex with him.

The girl alleges that after having sex with him, she was putting on her school uniform when someone, whom she did not know, entered the room and had sex with her against her will..

She said that her uniform and the short tights that she wore under her uniform, were removed from the bedroom into the living room, and two others, whom she identified as Roman and Bino, entered the room. She alleged that Roman and Bino took turns raping her.

After the two were finished, they told her that others were waiting outside to have sex with her.

Cain, she said, brought her uniform to her, and the two young men who had just raped her then left the room.

When the girl queried the whereabouts of her schoolbag and her tights, she was told to wait.

The terrified girl said she ran from the house, fearing that she would be attacked again.

According to police information, the girl?s parents went to the house where the alleged rape occurred, to get their daughter?s schoolbag. The parents later opened the bag and found a letter inside requesting that the girl should not report the matter to police.

Magistrate Margaret McKenzie, who presided over the court, offered Foreman and Petzold bail of $5,000 each, plus a surety of the same amount.

Also, Foreman and Petzold were both ordered to report to the Magistrate?s Court every Monday during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and not to go near the girl or the witnesses.

Foreman and Petzold are scheduled to reappear in court on Wednesday, May 25.

Sergeant Ludwig Castillo conducted the prosecution.

Police continue to search for one ?Pancho,? who is wanted in connection with the incident.
