BELIZE CITY, Mon. Aug. 7, 2017–The Belize District Football Association (BDFA) Interoffice Football Tournament 2017 continued last week Wednesday and Thursday, August 2 and 3, with Week 4 games at the MCC Grounds.
In the opener on Wednesday, KHMH clipped Tourist Village Tennants, 1-0, with a goal from Charles Canton (59’). And in the nightcap, Brodies dropped BTL, 5-2, with goals from Travyon Martinez (4’, 27’ & 37’) and Alex Salvida (58’) along with an auto-goal by BTL’s Ronell Flowers; while BTL got a goal each from Sean Moreira (14’) and Rasheed Pollard (19’).
Thursday night’s opener saw Ramada Eco Nature with the 1-nil win over Tourist Village/Transparent BPO, on a goal by Stephan Diego. And the nightcap was a 2-0 win for Belize City Council over BWS Pressure, with goals from Simeon Alvarez (12’) and Kent Gabourel (69’).
