The Belize contingent departs on Monday August 9thwith Mr. Owen ?Sonny? Meighan as Chief of Mission; Mr. Frederick Evans, Head Coach; and Ms. Josephine Flowers as team leader for Athletics. Ms. Emma Wade, who qualified in the ?B? Category with a time of 22.98 seconds, will represent Belize in the 200- meter race and Mr. Michael Aguilar, a Belizean studying in Sacramento, Californai will be participating in the 400- meter hurdles. Also traveling with the contingent is Miss Aphane Avila and Mr. Densmore Edwards, who will be attending a Youth Camp during the Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. – press release ?
