Benque Viejo native, Nelina Ayuso, one of the most recent additions to the growing number of female participants, took top honors in the ladies competition defeating Cecilia Joseph of Caye Caulker. Caye Caulker?s Jim Novelo and Emmanuel Gabourel maintained their winning streak in the doubles event to defeat Omar Guerrero and Gary Warner of San Pedro. Omar Guerrero excelled in both the 180 and most ton categories while the least and highest dart finish trophies were awarded to Jim Novelo and Ben Recino respectively. Special recognition is due to Hon. Erwin Contreras, Mayor of Benque Viejo Del Carmen and Mr. Ayuso, proprietor of Gigi?s Bar, whose continued support greatly attributed to the tournament?s resounding success.
