Mango Creek go to Belmopan ? Kremandala travel to BOCA

SportsMango Creek go to Belmopan ? Kremandala travel to BOCA

The same could be said about Mango Creek FC, which is basically Sagitun in a different uniform. Mango Creek are yet to become organized. They are flashing ?ones? across the standings. Their only blemish so far is the 3?1 loss to New Site Erei in a game that they were very much in control of, but couldn?t capitalize on scoring opportunities.

They had a 1-nil win against BOCA in Week Two and a painful l?l tie with the Placencia Pirates last Sunday. Orlando ?Leach? Jimenez is back off a one-game suspension and could bring added pressure to the Belmopan United defenders.

Belmopan, on the other hand, have lost two out of their three games. One of the two losses is a controversial 3?2 loss to the Calcutta Bulls in Week Two. That game may be overturned and the points awarded to Belmopan United if and when a Protest Committee is appointed. Belmopan, however, has other issues to worry about. These are the resurgent superstriker, Bent Burgess, Gabriel Ramos and Robert and Hilly Muschamp.

BOCA and Kremandala FC are just about evenly matched. Their strengths are from the flanks. For Kremandala, it?s just about time for the other McCaulays, David Jr. and Daddy ?Manu? McCaulay to have a good game. In the past two games, ?Dav? has been relatively quiet and ?Manu? was non-existent in the Wagiya game, which was just too fast-paced for the veteran. If all three McCaulays end up starting and it?s a fast-paced game, expect burnout by the half and wholesale substitutions.

The key players for BOCA are Julio ?Chucky? Valle, Wilmer Garcia and Victor Morales. They are a balanced team and with these three in full sync could mean trouble for Kremandala. Krem?s captain, Mark ?Kelo? Leslie, and Emory Nunez definitely have to be on all cylinders this weekend after lackluster performances in last weekend?s loss to Wagiya. ?Kelo? and Emory are scorers, but so are Wilmer and Julio. They match up pretty well. Saturday night in Michael Ashcroft will decide.
