Hattieville Prison reportedly “under manners” after firearm found

GeneralHattieville Prison reportedly “under manners” after firearm found
Reports reaching Amandala are that the Kolbe Foundation Central Prison at Hattieville is under increased security tonight after someone managed to sneak in a .38 revolver this morning.

A reliable source contacted our colleagues at KREM News today alleging that the firearm, destined for the “Supermax” area of the prison, was “discovered” around 7:00 this morning.

To the best of the source’s knowledge, the gun has not been recovered, but a prison officer has reportedly been sent home pending further investigations.

A check at press time with Kolbe was met with the usual silence, as we were advised to check for official information tomorrow.

Hattieville police also say they know nothing of the incident.
