Vega name always surfaces!

LettersVega name always surfaces!

Dear Editor:

I must agree with you what you had written in last week’s editorial of Sunday edition, about the relationship between the Prime Minister and his Deputy. It seems like in all these crises that are happening within the country, one name always surfaces somehow – VEGA.

I have always noted that whenever a party is elected to their second term, they begin to do all types of nonsense. The Prime Minister always keeps quiet on any happenings with the Deputy PM. The first instance was with the land he gave away to family and close associates in the Placencia area; then the PM will have the heart to say, Oh that’s nothing, we will take it back and pay market value for it. If the PM was paying out of his own pocket we wouldn’t mind, but it’s taxpayers’ money. That situation I’m really surprised of the PM, but it’s VEGA.

The next situation is the rosewood. The PM mentioned at the press conference time to move on as if the rosewood hustling is legal.
Now we have the Maya site being destroyed and not a word from the PM. But yet when Minister Castro did some land wrongdoings according to the PM, he suspended him.

The previous Prime Minister Musa said a famous phrase, “Nobody will come between the love I have for Ralph Fonseca.” I wonder if it’s deja vu again with this administration the love the PM has for VEGA.
