Joseph Vacarro was today charged for the murder of businessman Zheng Liu. He was shot on Saturday night near mile 4 on the George Price Highway and dumped on the side of the highway. His shooters then disappeared in his vehicle but quick police response apprehended the suspect/s. Liu was one of the principals of the 88 chain of stores.
