The 2nd Annual Orlando Pollard 11-and-Under Football Tournament will kick off next Saturday, July 27, at the Yabra Green football field. Six (6) teams are scheduled to participate in the tournament.
“We want to kick off at 9:30 a.m. sharp,” said Yabra football coordinator Jerome “Peeloff” Meheia, because “there is no light on the field; so, let’s start on time.”
The tournament is being sponsored by the Pollard Family, neighbors across the street from the Yabra club house, who have been long time contributors and supporters of the Yabra Sporting Club’s youth initiatives.
