   Week 2 of regular season in the Benque and San Ignacio/Santa Elena Basketball Tournament 2022 continued this past weekend at Mopan Technical High School in Benque Viejo Del Carmen. Below are the scores and the upcoming schedule.

Friday, June 17 results

   Game 1 (Open Male) – Tigers, 59-50, over West Kings. For Tigers – Alfonso Audinette 21 pts, Kareem “Pulu” Cardinez 14 pts, and Kaver Smith 10 pts. For West Kings – Miguel Cruz 13 pts, Kieran Dart 13 pts, and Huber Contreras 9 pts.

   Game 2 (Open Male) – Outdoors, 69-54, over Vikings. Outdoors – Alejandro Baptist 24 pts, Neil Nicholson 12 pts, Terrick Mariano 10 pts, and Steven Wade 9 pts. Vikings – Rasheed Avila 20 pts, and Alvan Gentle 12 pts. 

   Game 3 (Open Male) – Venom, 80-54, over Benque No-Hops. Venom – Elvert “PG” Ariola 24 pts, Ryan “Ratta” Duran 12 pts, Ivan Flowers 12 pts, and Johan “Cutto”  Bermudez 10 pts. Benque No-Hops – Cadeem Ford 15 pts, and Elvis Usher 13 pts.

Saturday, June 18 results

   Game 1 (Open Male) – Outdoors, 52-51, over Benque No-Hops. Outdoors – Alejandro Baptist 20 pts, and Sheffan Hemmans 9 pts. Benque No-Hops – Elvis Usher 17 pts, Cadeem Ford 16 pts, and Erwin Soza 10 pts.

   Game 2 (Open Male) – Venom, 93-54, over West Kings. Venom – Joel Montejo 26 pts, Allizair Rhaburn 17 pts, Elvert “PG” Ariola 16 pts, and Ryan “Ratta” Duran 11 pts. West Kings – Matthew Morales 16 pts, Kieran Dart 16 pts, and Miguel Cruz 8 pts.

   Game 3 (Open Male) – Assassins, 86-45, over Tigers. Assassins – Shemar White 21 pts, Santiago “Dados” Clark 13 pts, Denzel Nunez 12 pts, and Robert Jeffries 10 pts. Tigers – Michael Lyons 14 pts, and Shane Lopez 12 pts.

   Below is the schedule for this coming weekend. All games will be played at the Resilience Center at Victor Galvez Stadium in San Ignacio Town.
