BELIZE CITY, Fri. Jan. 17, 2020– A Westline bus traveling to Belize City from Belmopan collided with a pickup that was traveling from the opposite direction, from Belize City to Belmopan.

There were no fatalities, but the front portion of the bus was damaged, and the pickup was also damaged. It ran off the road and landed in the bushes.

Police have issued both drivers with a Notice of Intention for Prosecution (NIP).
