BELIZE CITY, Mon. Nov. 12, 2018– A total of 4 CYDP Peace Cup Tournament 2018 games were played on Saturday, November 10, at the MCC Grounds. In game 1, Coast Guard FC defeated Ladyville FC, 3-1, with goals from Shemar “Mini” Thompson (13’ & 37’) and Jason Cuevas; while Shawn Young (19’) scored for Ladyville FC. Game 2 saw Ebony Lake FC shutting out BDF FC, 3-0, with a goal each from Keiron Requena (23’), David Robateau (77’) and Luis Acosta (85’). In game 3, it was Lake-I FC with the 4-1 win over Caye Caulker Survivors FC. Lake-I goals were by Calvin Young (1’ & 17’), Hubert Baptist (25’) and Gilbert Gomez (72’); while Ricardo Marin (37’) scored for Caye Caulker. And in game 4, FC Elite dropped Lucky Strike FC, 4-2, with goals from Stephan Diego (19’), John King (78’) and Naim “Neemo” Wilson (49’ & 58’); while Keenen Gillett (69’) and Delwin Jones (86’) tallied for Lucky Strike.
