The San Ignacio & Santa Elena Basketball Association (SSBA) hosted 8 playoff games over the weekend at the Resilience Centre at Victor Galvez Stadium in San Ignacio Town. The U7, U10, U12, U15 and U18 divisions will use the one-and-out format, with the winners advancing to the next round, while the senior males and females will play best-of-three series. Below are the scores.
Friday, October 28
Game 1 – CK Restaurant has been eliminated from the playoffs. (Under 10 – Coed) Codd’s Drug Store (1-0), 10-7, over CK Restaurant (0-1). Codd’s Drug Store – Jonathan Requena 5 pts; Akializ Williams and Cai Castanedez 2 pts each. CK Restaurant – Aiden Pinelo 4 pts; Amiel Segura 3 pts.
