We keep on hearing ad nauseum about the Jews and the German Final Solution, or the Holocaust. But exactly the same evils were visited on the African and the Roma peoples (gypsies). In the case of the Africans, the situation was much, much worse. (See https://youtu.be/by6ja_HksqU ) At least the Jews and the Roma weren’t in human zoos! This barbaric practice wasn’t just restricted to the Germans, but existed in other European countries — though all this is relegated to a mere footnote in history.

Now, the Americans are teaching their children that slavery was not one-sided, as both sides were guilty of violence!

They actually boast that the African slaves learnt new skills during slavery, which enabled them to earn a living after they were freed.

It is regrettable that these people disseminating such nonsense refuse in the face of historical evidence to accept that many of these enslaved people arrived in the Americas with skills from Africa such as the knowledge of irrigation technology which contributed immensely to the development of cotton and tobacco plantations of the deep American South. Some were adept boat builders, carpenters, farmers, weavers, herbalists/doctors and blacksmiths, as Africa was highly conversant with iron works long before Europe and the rest of the world, as carbon dating of iron sites in Africa has shown.

The African who finished building the US capital, Washington, successfully remembered much of the architectural drawings of his master, the architect who walked away in anger from the job. But is his statue in the most prominent section of Washington — a city of monuments and statues?
