Leal’s Football Cup 2017 Week 7 update

BELIZE CITY, Mon. Oct. 2, 2017–The Leal’s Football Cup 2017 Tournament continued on Sunday, October 1, with 4 games played in Week 7 of the tournament at the Sandhill Football Field.

In game 1 on Sunday, Sandhill Blue Hawks dropped Ladyville FC, 2-1, with a goal each from Charles Canton and Arthur Leslie; while Andrew Estell scored for Ladyville FC. Game 2 saw Lucky Strike clipping Sandhill Scorpions, 1-nil, on a goal by Travis Heredia. In game 3, it was HVYSC with the 3-1 win over Burrell Boom, courtesy of a goal each from Curtis Young, Jadon McGregor and Michael Myvette; while Burrell Boom’s only goal was by Dennis Munoz. And in game 4, Maskall Strikers bombed Sandhill New Site Warriors, 4-0, with a goal apiece from Damian Castro, Alfred Garnett, Darwin Vigil and Samuel Leslie.
