Dear Mrs. Granados,
The purpose of my letter is to inform you of two incidents that happened on my property.
I was in my shower then I noticed people in my backyard. I asked them what the hell are they doing in my yard? Their reply was that they are reading the meter. The reason I spoke that way is because they were in street clothes without an identification card or uniform on a Sunday, plus some Belizeans like short-cut. It takes an action for the reaction.
Another thing that they do, they leave the bill on the gate instead of calling to see if anyone is at home. The devil’s children can take the bill, then we would be disconnected because we do not have a bill to pay.
I would suggest that your company provide uniforms or identification cards to meter readers and to those that distribute the bills. Hope that your company gives this your serious consideration and to take action as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
Respectfully yours,
