Toledo police are seeking a man, 25, of San Antonio on charges of carnal knowledge of a girl, 14. The incident occurred about 7:30 Friday evening behind the girl’s house in her family’s yard in San Antonio, Toledo.

The girl told police that she was at home when a man she knows came into their yard and took her behind her family’s house, where he had sex with her.

Her brothers, who saw what was happening, alerted their mother, who went to see what was happening, and the man ran out of the yard.

The girl was taken to a doctor, who certified that she had been carnally known.

Police have not found the man as yet.
