Season’s greetings from Escuela Secundaria Técnica México PTA.
The main reason for this letter is to inform the general public who may want to contribute to our Radioton Fundraiser Activity that will be held on December 15, 2012, at Corozal Central Park from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.,and which will be towards the construction of a new Science Laboratory at Escuela Secundaria Tėcnica Mėxico. We are soliciting monetary donations and in-kind donations of construction materials.
On the day of the Radioton we will be having three lines opened to receive calls of potential donors, and the lines will be as follows: 600-8023 – Mr. Carlos O. Castillo, School Principal; 605-0161 – Mrs. Rosalia Correa, ESTM PTA, Secretary; and 653-9143 – Wilber Tzul, ESTM PTA President.
All financial donations can be deposited on Saturday, December 15, or can be dropped off at Escuela Secundaria Tėcnica Mėxico Office.
All checks can also be made to Escuela Secundaria Tėcnica Mexico. We will also be writing receipts for the donations, since the companies and organizations can use this for tax exemptions.
The main purpose of the office providing a receipt is to make it a legitimate activity and also for transparency.
