Police are investigating a case of carnal knowledge which occurred in Belize City in which a 14-year-old female minor reportedly ran away from home to stay with an older boyfriend (age not specified) who resides at a Partridge Street Extension address.
The girl’s 49-year-old mother told police that her daughter left home without permission on April 2, 2014, and took all her (the girl’s) personal belongings, after which she (the mother) reported the matter to police.
The minor was found three days later and a medical examination reportedly revealed that she had been carnally known.
