Woman robbed in her home

CrimeWoman robbed in her home

A woman was robbed in her house at about 9:00 Sunday night by three masked men at gunpoint, and the thieves got away with $200 and her 19-inch color television.

The woman, 30, of an apartment complex in Fabers Road Extension area, was at home with her baby, 6 months old, when three men came to her apartment, one of whom was armed with a gun.

The gunman pointed the gun at her and demanded money. The men searched her house, and fearing for her life, the victim handed over her purse, which contained $200, and the thieves stole her television and escaped out of the backdoor.

Police said that they responded to the home invasion and robbery report and carried out a search of the area, but the thieves had escaped.
