I then told them if they have any search warrant to come inside my premises and then I drove them out my yard. When they came out of the gate I told them that I will go and report them to Belmopan. The policeman and the WPC told me that I can go and report right away. The 6/12/005 in the morning at 7:45 I went to the police station and see Inspector Logan and bid him good morning and told him that I would like to speak to him and I told him about the police behaviour. He then told me, ?where is the police.? The policeman came into his office and he asked him what took place. The policeman told the Inspector that he was working night shift and was patrolling, and he saw a pickup vehicle across the street and it stopped in front of this old boy?s house. I told the Inspector this police don?t have any manners to speak to people. Then he told the Inspector that the pickup had in it two differential and a transfer case. The Inspector told me, ?then if they had stolen your pickup, what would you do?? I told him, I don?t want to hear about no stolen pickup. My purpose of coming here is to see you about trespassing in my premises and a search warrant. I would like to ask Inspector Logan if the three articles that were in the pickup ? are they arms or drugs? I want to ask PC living in Guinea Grass, don?t you know that a search warrant is needed to enter any premises and it has to be signed by a Justice of the Peace so that you can carry on the search?
