He had been shot to death

The decomposing body of a Ladyville resident was found in an area around Mile 8 on the Philip Goldson Highway at about 7:30 this morning. The body was later identified as that of Alvin Pascascio, 20, who was reported missing on Monday, July 1, by his family. Multiple gunshot wounds were observed on Pascascio’s body, and he was buried after an onsite postmortem was conducted.

Pascascio’s death has been classified as murder, and an investigation has begun.

So far, no one has been arrested, and the motive for the murder is as yet unknown.
